As CEO of Dulsco Group, David Stockton is responsible for leading the company, the four businesses under the Group, its vision, values, strategy, and international expansion. A self-motivated, committed veteran in creating valuable relationships among employees, customers and the communities, David has been successful in business building through a solution driven approach while creating impactful strategies to drive business growth, employee engagement and customer satisfaction.
David’s 30+ years of global experience encompasses customer engagement, strategic planning, financial management and attracting and developing talent. His key skills lie in expertly analysing organisations’ key critical drivers and leading and driving effective strategies to develop people, customer and business needs.
David’s former roles include positions in companies focused on people and technology outsourcing, aviation, logistics and hospitality. A highly motivated professional who is passionate about his industry, David is seen by his team as an inspirational leader and an outstanding communicator at all levels.

Martin Bradley has a wealth of experience in financial strategic planning, spanning more than two decades. He has worked with significant manufacturing and government organisations in Scotland, showcasing his expertise in the field. His international experience encompasses prominent roles in risk mitigation operating from Singapore, before moving to the United Arab Emirates in 2009.
In the UAE, he has successfully planned and executed transformation strategies across various functions, such as finance, IT, HR, and procurement, leading to the awarding of multibillion dollar tenders through strong corporate governance and financial innovation.
Martin Bradley is committed to driving change and innovation, and is spearheading ‘Chrysalis,’ a digital transformation initiative that will enhance business performance and customer satisfaction, by implementing a fully integrated cloud-based ERP system.
Since joining Dulsco in 2019 as the CFO, he has been entrusted with leading the business transformation of the 88-year-old Emirati organisation.

Mahdi Mohamed is the Group COO of Business Support Services, overseeing Human Resources, Government Relations, Call Center, Health Facilities, Property Management, Marketing and CSR. Since joining the company in March 2016, Mahdi has been developing and implementing new strategies to enhance Dulsco Group’s business support function in line with the organisation’s mission, vision and core values.
Before joining Dulsco, Mahdi was working under the dual capacity of Director for Members Relations, Membership and Export Documentation Services and ATA Carnet Manager for the UAE at Dubai Chamber of Commerce and Industry. He also held the position of Head of Operations &amp; Company Secretary for HSBC Middle East Finance Co. Ltd. where he led the company’s financial planning, training, sales and services, and credit card business.
Mahdi holds an MBA and CIB in Banking and Finance and was shortlisted for the distinguished Government Employee Award in 2009. He was also part of the team who achieved 2nd place in the Dubai Government Excellence Awarding 2011 under the category of ‘Best Joint Project.’

As Director of HR at Dulsco Group, he leads a team that includes HR, Welfare and Recruitment specialists who are responsible managing the entire spectrum of HR functions, learning and development and Emirati Graduate Program.
Prabhu has been a vital part of Dulsco Group’s success story over the years and his experience in such a variety of sectors continues to be invaluable as the company seeks to achieve long-term and sustainable growth.

As COO, Antony Marke is responsible for managing and developing Dulsco People, which includes Workforce and Outsourcing solutions. 
Antony boasts a wealth of global experience in Human Capital and Solutions, bringing 30+ years of knowledge and expertise in commercial development, service solutions, client relationships, operational management, cost efficiencies, team leadership and culture. He has a proven track record of managing and developing businesses and increasing productivity and revenues. 
A proactive self-starter with strong problem-solving skills, Antony’s key skills lie in strong planning, excellent organisation and communication, and skillful execution, ensuring successful end results.
In ABM Group, he formerly served as Managing Director for more than a decade. He held senior positions at various companies in the Aviation and Facilities Management sectors in the UK, Ireland, Europe, Qatar and the USA, and obtained commercial, operational and innovation experience at companies such as Fernley Heathrow, Gate Aviation and Gate Gourmet, among others. In his previous roles he was instrumental in winning major contracts – he also contributed to annual revenue increase in excess of £300 million by securing one of the largest in-flight retail contracts in the world.
Antony is a professional and persuasive leader who enjoys new challenges and who is extremely adept at finding solutions.

With more than two decades of experience in the waste management industry, John Grainger’s stellar professional career has seen him successfully lead a wide range of waste management operations in key business sectors around the world.
As Regional Director at one of the largest recycling and recovery management companies in the UK, Suez R&amp;R, John delivered the UK’s first mechanical-biological treatment plant with full operational responsibility and has a proven track record of developing new businesses and formulating and executing strategies within the waste industry.
At the helm of Dulsco Environment’s business as its COO, John uses his invaluable experience to bring the latest environmental solutions and trends that will propel the organisation to exploring and implementing sustainable growth strategies that will benefit not just the company, but the entire region as well.

Stuart Hunter is a highly experienced recruitment professional with over 15 years of experience in the industry. He has been the Co-Founder, Board Member, and Chief Executive Officer at Advance Global Recruitment (AGR) since its launch in March 2011.
Stuart works closely with the Chief Operating Officer and Financial Director to set the company&#8217;s short, medium, and long-term strategic plans. Then, working closely with divisional heads across Advance Global Recruitment&#8217;s three geographical locations in Edinburgh, Dubai, and Aberdeen, he oversees the implementation of the strategy to ensure the company goals, values, and targets are achieved.
Starting with small personal investments by Stuart and his Co-Founder in 2011, the business has become a significant force in the energy recruitment sector with 40 staff across three separate offices placing personnel in over 70 countries around the globe. Stuart has been recognised for his achievements; in the past, he was named &#8216;Entrepreneur of the Year&#8217; at the WeDO Scotland Business Awards and has been a Finalist in the &#8216;EY Entrepreneur of the Year&#8217; Awards.
Stuart demonstrates excellent leadership qualities across all facets of the business; his focus is building and maintaining relationships with all of AGR&#8217;s business partners.

The inception of Dulsco dates back to 1935, with an incident-turned-opportunity. A British trading ship at anchor in the Arabian Gulf needed able people to help bring its cargo of foodstuff and clothing ashore. An entrepreneur, noticing the demand, agreed to supply the workforce for the job. This entrepreneurial problem-solving approach has stayed with Dulsco throughout its journey.
Our story began with a handful of people, and today, over eight decades later, we are 16,000 employees strong. Our teams service 3500+ clients locally and internationally.
