Responsible for the full 360’ lifecycle of Blue Collar labor across Technical, General, Skilled, and Operator categories across the organization.
Department point of contact for all agency liability cases for separation reported through the business, recording, verifying and recording the outcome.
Manage full cycle of the recruitment process to meet the various staffing goals across all levels within multiple business units and ensure compliance to company policies and adherence to ethical recruitment practices during all deployments.
Maintain and keep up to date all company documentation in-line with recruitment process and guidelines, create strong presentations to attract candidates.

Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience
Demonstrated knowledge of U.A.E Labor Law
